the vulnerability of not being protected by your car, from new people and happenings of the day. there’s a trusting action of putting your arrival into the hands of another. sharing a seat. interactions with strangers. burying yourself in a book.

it’s easy to live in your bubble and not look around and out. it’s more difficult when you remove the bubble. pay attention. look around. listen. experience what it happening around you. feel the sun on your face. really enjoy it as you wait for the next train.

we’re all a little bit different yet the same. connected. we’re all just riding the train, trying to get from here to there.

Trajectory of Life celebrates living purposefully with curiosity, courage and simplicity as guides. I use the blog to document this philosophy through writing about my adventures in reading, travel, cooking, photography, fitness, being a dog mom, minimalism, sustainability, living childfree by choice, marriage and setting and meeting life goals. As someone new-ish to the Bay Area, the blog is also where I share tips for things to do in San Francisco as we explore this new city of ours.
