Good thing number one

Enjoying a podcast while taking a mid-day break to stroll the neighborhood because the podcast message was extremely relevant and the time away from my desk and in the sun greatly improved the day.

Good thing number two

Digging into yoga teacher training content (and deciding to pivot to another program) because I found it’s not as daunting as I had thought — and it’s so interesting!

Good thing number three

Breaks in the rain because, while I know we need it, being cooped up inside all day is extra challenging right now.
