June highlights
- celebrated five years of marriage to my favorite human
- navigated unexpected travel challenges en route to Italy
- spent two weeks exploring Italy (Venice, Florence and Rome)
- started five-week psych class
- attended Coffee & Company panel event
- met + made a new friend!

- continued bi-weekly therapy
- completed annual lab work (finally)
- finally joined The Last of Us crowd + discovered Maid — (aka, shows that got me through two very long flights)
- obsessed over Beef
- completed quarterly budget review
- enjoyed catching up over dinner with good friends
- continue daily reflection/five-year journal
- read two books
- 39 workouts/16+ hours (cycling, yoga, strength, walks, hiking, stretching)
- walked many, many, many miles exploring Italy (unaccounted for in workout apps)
- rode 31+ miles; walked 28.7 miles
- Peloton milestones: 3-year streak; passed 8k annual minutes
- one Trajectory of Life post
