- tried new restaurants: San Ho Won, El Buen Comer, Tenderheart, Fenikkusu, The Coffee Movement (new location)
- participated in SF Restaurant Week
- started w/new therapist
- completed two therapy sessions
- reworked budget based on new financial goals
- had a little retail therapy session + treated myself to a fabulous purse
- added some strength training into routine
- read four books + multiple magazines
- participated in soothing forest bathing session at botanical gardens
- attended Tasty Foods for a Thriving Planet event
- completed first three weeks of Power Zone Challenge
- continued daily reflection/five-year journal
- saw first concert since 2019
- continued making progress with new work team
- checked out KQED fest
- 74 workouts/25+ hours (cycling, yoga, strength, walks, hiking, stretching)
- rode 144 miles; walked 40+ miles
- Peloton milestones: 10-min PR; 350 walks; passed 6k annual minutes; 1000th ride
