Good thing number one

Making time for gratitude during challenging times because the practice will help us see the light within the darkness — because there is always light to be found.

Leaving the doctor’s office after a routine check-up with nothing but good news because it’s validating when hard work and dedication pay off in the best ways.

Good thing number three

Finally hosting my mom for a visit because it was so wonderful to spend time and share our wonderful city with her.
