Good thing number one

Phone date with my bestie because she always knows just the right things to say when life is feeling tough.

Good thing number two

The opportunity to move my body and release through sweat because movement really is medicine.

Good thing number three

A supportive partner and pup who know I’m not at my best right now but continue loving me just as fiercely as always because their love is what is helping me get through these tough days.
