Good thing number one: Time away from work because, as it turns out, you don’t need to go somewhere for rest, relaxation, and a reset — it’s about your mindset, not your location.

Good thing number two: A deliciously decadent holiday meal at home because it was a rewarding day of cooking punctuated with video calls with our families.

Good thing number three: A strong body to take me up hills and across landscapes because there’s no better way to experience our Mother Earth.
