Good thing number one: Taking time to sit and journal because both are so critical to truly knowing yourself.

Good thing number two: A more-than-normal stressful work week that ended up going well because it’s a good reminder that a good mix of preparation, being yourself and being in the moment is a solid combination.

Good thing number three: A perfect weekend away with my loves to celebrate 40 because it might not have been Italy but I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
