Good thing number one: Getting back into a regular cadence of giving back + doing good through volunteering (even if it can’t be done in-person) because it’s important to me to make this a part of my life — and I’ve missed it.

If you’re looking for ideas in this space, here are a few things I did:

Good thing number two: A regular meditation and workout schedule because they build a healthy body and mind, and I’m so grateful for both.

Good thing number three: A pup who continually keeps us laughing and entertained because life wouldn’t be the same without her.
