Good thing number one: progress with tasks that are difficult + take me out of my comfort zone (i.e., our dining room table project and third course in positive psychology certificate) because they force me to think and do in different ways, which makes the end result so much sweeter.
Good thing number two: really good days at work because they don’t come too often lately and they make the difficult ones a little less so.
Good thing number three: birthday celebrations for our pup because we love spoiling her.
