month in review + June intentions

I miss my Saturday mornings of reviewing + blogging about my week. I miss the necessary slowdown required to reflect and plan for the upcoming week. I miss the practice of creating the list that reminds me that even though it may feel like I accomplished nothing in the past seven days, I did and the proof is there in a nice bulleted list.

I will get back to the weekly reflection and my lists. But, for now, monthly reflections are the best I can do — and that’s okay. At least it’s still something.

“If the sight of the blue skies fills you with joy, if a blade of grass springing up in the fields has power to move you, if the simple things of nature have a message that you understand, rejoice, for your soul is alive.” ~Eleanora Duse
