traveled to Harrisburg, Penn.

day 20 – 26 whole30 success — while traveling + submitted food journal
train ride to NYC
four days in Manhattan, exploring and savoring every moment
added a move to NYC to my bucket list
manicure with my new favorite technician (it’s a shame she lives in NYC)
gained inspiration and knowledge from attending Intranet Global Forum 
felt better about a big work project based on what I learned from forum

attempted to balance travel + unexpected work events

traveled to Nashville
discovered my least favorite place in Nashville, and perhaps on earth
visited two awesome places that reaffirmed my love of Nashville: imogene + willie, two old hippies
spent lots of time explaining to those I met on my travels why I couldn’t eat XYZ
returned home after a week of traveling + happy to be home
